To rent a car through Budget Car Rental you have to be at least 19 years of age and have held a full, valid driving license for at least 1 year at the start of your rental period. A higher minimum age, of 28, applies to car groups F and H. For drivers under the age of 25 there is a Young Driver surcharge of around 100DKK/day for a maximum of 10 days, per driver.
